Haitian’s Tailored Solution

Upon receiving the technical drawings and photos, Haitian’s engineering and materials team began a full assessment and proposed a customized solution:

📐 Engineering Evaluation: Analyzed 2D CAD files and actual equipment photos to identify key dimensions, bolt positions, and tolerance limits.

💎 Dual-Material Proposal:

For general impact resistance, we suggested ZGMn13 high manganese steel with self-hardening properties.

For high-friction areas, we recommended ZG-12 alloy steel, offering higher hardness and stable wear resistance under constant mixing.

🔄 Prototype + Field Testing: We provided both material samples. After comparison in real production, the customer selected ZG-12 for the final product due to its longer lifespan. 

Manufacturing Process & Technical Highlights

To ensure product accuracy, consistency, and durability, Haitian adopted a fully automated and quality-controlled production process:

Material Melting: ZG-12 and ZGMn13 melted using a medium-frequency induction furnace, with in-line spectrometer analysis.

🏗️ Automatic Molding & Pouring: DISA vertical molding line ensured compact structure and consistent internal quality.

🔥 Heat Treatment:

ZG-12: Oil quenching + low-temperature tempering (HRC 48–52).

ZGMn13: Water quenching + aging treatment to enhance toughness.

⚙️ CNC Precision Machining: 5-axis machining for all critical surfaces, maintaining tolerances within ±0.05 mm.

🧪 Full Quality Inspection: Including MT flaw detection, hardness tests, metallography, 3D coordinate measurement, and trial assembly simulation.

Final Product Performance & Results

The final ZG-12 mixer arms delivered outstanding results:
