Customized Design Solution

Haitian Heavy Industry is developing and designing burner nozzle castings. Through 3D printing, it has solved the problem of complex product structure, high acceptance and installation requirements. The heat dissipation blade is less than 10mm, the burner nozzle is φ8mm, and the material is Ni25Cr20 heat-resistant steel. Traditional sand casting methods are difficult to meet the requirements of accuracy and delivery time. In order to shorten the development cycle and improve product accuracy, the use of 3D printing technology reduces the difficulty of process and mold making, and makes the product accuracy and appearance far exceed customer acceptance requirements.
