Japanese company and Haitian Casting jointly developed new products, and the technical team visited Haitian foundry to accept the wear-resistant parts project.

    From May 12 to 14, 2025, the technical team of Japanese company visited Haitian Casting for on-site inspection and technical adjustment. The purpose of this visit is to conduct comprehensive quality verification and technical confirmation of a set of new wear-resistant parts for mixing stations jointly developed by the two parties.

    This cooperation project includes a total of 14 new wear-resistant parts of different specifications, which is an important phased achievement since Haitian Casting and Japanese company started technical docking in 2024. In order to meet Japanese company's high standards for product quality and performance, our company has conducted in-depth research and strict control in product design, mold development, process optimization and testing.

    During the three-day technical review process, the customer technical team visited Haitian casting's fully automatic DISA casting production line, product processing workshop and quality inspection laboratory, and conducted comprehensive tests on the product's dimensional accuracy, material performance, process stability, etc. The technical staff of both sides had in-depth exchanges on the details of each product, and carried out some structural optimization and production parameter adjustments on site.

    The customer team highly praised our company's project execution efficiency, technical coordination capabilities and quality control level, and expressed confidence in the subsequent application of this batch of products. Both parties look forward to further expanding the scope of cooperation on the basis of this successful cooperation and promoting the joint development and customized production of more mixing station related components.
