What wear-resistant materials do you use, and which working conditions are they suitable for?

High manganese steel (Mn13, Mn18, Mn22)、High chrome cast iron (Cr20-30) 、Alloy steel (Cr-Mo, Ni-Cr-Mo)、Bimetallic or ceramic inlaid materials – ideal for extreme wear or high-longevity parts.We recommend materials based on equipment type, ore properties, and customer budget.

What is your typical delivery time? Do you support urgent orders?

Standard parts are delivered in 15–25 days, and complex custom parts in 20–35 days. With high-efficiency production lines including DISA vertical molding, robotic grinding, and induction melting, we ensure fast delivery without compromising quality. Urgent orders can be prioritized. Do you provide quality inspection reports or third-party certification?

Each batch comes with factory inspection reports, including: Chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection, hardness testing, and dimension verification.We support remote video inspection or onsite acceptance. Third-party testing (SGS, BV, etc.) can also be arranged on request.
