This huge investment is a strong guarantee for our unremitting pursuit of innovation and an important guarantee for us to widen the gap with our competitors. We have a large team of 5% of our employees who are professional R&D personnel. They are the new force of our innovation. They constantly pursue excellence, dare to challenge the boundaries of science and technology, and inject endless vitality into our products and technologies.

So far, the company has been authorized 13 invention patents and 45 utility model patents. This fully proves our outstanding achievements in R&D and innovation. Graduated from Anhui Metallurgical Technology Vocational College, has been engaged in the foundry industry for more than 10 years. After graduation, he has been working at Haitian. He is familiar with engineering machinery products such as concrete mixing plants, asphalt mixing plants, crushers, etc., and is good at heat treatment and lost foam.

Wu Hengli

Director of Quality and Technology

Engaged in various casting processes and tooling mold design for 35 years; proficient in smelting of various materials.
Has rich casting production experience and super ability to solve casting problems. Proficient in AutoCAD, SW, ProE and other drawing software.
Has served the world's top 500 agricultural machinery TOP1: Johndeere, engineering leader Caterpillar.
Served as the chief casting expert of Caterpillar R&D center (China) Co., Ltd., and won the Caterpillar global new product development commendation.
Is an examiner of the Provincial Vocational Skills Appraisal Center (casting model worker); ranked first in the casting process category of the first China "Most Beautiful Folk Casting Craftsman".
