As summer temperatures soar, Haitian Heavy Industry remains fully operational in its high-intensity casting lines. But behind every on-time delivery lies a management philosophy rooted in respect, care, and responsibility.
To protect frontline workers during peak heat periods, Haitian has implemented a “summer flexible work schedule”, adjusting foundry operation time to a focused 4-hour high-efficiency window per day. This shift ensures critical tasks are completed during cooler hours while minimizing exposure to extreme temperatures.
In addition, the company has distributed breathable uniforms, cooling kits, and iced beverages, and has established rest zones with cooling systems in key workshop areas—creating a safer, more comfortable environment for every team member.
Despite shorter working hours, production remains on track. Thanks to Haitian’s automated production systems, precise scheduling, and technical coordination, multiple batches of large castings have been successfully poured and shipped ahead of schedule—achieving a rare balance of productivity, quality, and employee well-being.
This initiative reflects more than just operational flexibility—it showcases Haitian’s enduring commitment to people-first management and responsible manufacturing. Because behind every high-performance part we produce, there’s a team we value just as much.
