From July 13 to 15, 2025, the delegation from SDM Company, a key player in the global mining machinery industry, visited Haitai Heavy Industry in Ma’anshan for a three-day technical and strategic exchange. The focus was on custom wear parts, high-chromium castings, and potential OEM partnerships. Both sides reached a preliminary cooperation consensus.

Day 1: Factory Tour – From Design to Casting

Accompanied by Haitai’s management and engineers, the SDM team toured the DISA vertical molding line, 3D printed sand core workshop, medium frequency heat treatment facilities, and quality control labs. They gained deep insights into our production processes for high chromium wear parts, manganese castings, and more.

Day 2: Technical Meeting – Customization & Engineering Discussion

A closed-door meeting was held to discuss custom workflow, material selection, drawing adaptation, delivery schedules, and QC support. SDM praised Haitai for its fast engineering response, strong customization capabilities, and stable production reliability.

Day 3: Future Roadmap – Partnership Framework & Trial Orders

Both parties reached consensus on a strategic partnership and outlined a collaboration plan, including:

 *Sample trials for spiral blades, mixing arms, and liner plates

 *Small batch production and on-site inspection schedule

 * Regular technical checkpoints and communication workflow
