1.RawMaterial&AlloyCompositionControl
Hammer heads are made from alloy steel. The composition is designed according to different crushing conditio ns to balance wear resistance and impact toughness.
Materials are categorized and clearly labeled. Charging follows the precise recipe, with recycled material strictly controlled to ensure composition stability.

2.Melting&ChemicalCompositionControl
Induction furnace melting is used, focusing on molten steel temperature, composition uniformity, and cleanlines
Each batch is spectrometrically analyzed before pouring, and cast samples are re-checked post-casting.
Batches not meeting chemical specifications are rejected.

3.Casting&FormingControl
Hammer heads are cast using mature and stable methods, such as investment casting or sand casting.

4.Cleaning&ProcessInspection
After casting, sand removal, shot blasting, and surface cleaning remove burrs and residues.
